Property Inspection

At MB Real Estate we offer Property Inspection on any type property in the Medellin area. We know in Colombian property inspections are not common but as an American I believe they are necessary if you want to purchase a property and that’s why we created MB Property Inspection. If you’re concerned about the electrical, plumbing, A/C, and need OFFICIAL MEASUREMENTS of the property to reflect the title (and more) then contact us today and we will send an Inspector as soon as we can. After the Inspection is completed it will be followed by an Inspection report that will be sent to you in English and Spanish so you can be sure of the condition of the property.
